I Have a Noisy Child

The other day I was at the mall, and Charlotte made this growling noise you'll hear in the video the entire time we were there. She then made the same noise when I went to Walmart on another day. She is just so noisy when I go to the store. Her crazy personality cracks me up! I wasn't going to put this video up since I just posted a video, but my mom really wanted to see it.

Snowbear

For some reason Adam has a soft spot for the warm little animal outfits they sell for babies. Since Charlotte was born, he always gravitates toward them whenever we go to a clothing store. One weekend in October Old Navy was having a sale, and so we bought this pink bear one. It looked SO big when we bought it, and we couldn't imagine her ever fitting in it. With all this snow we've been getting, I decided to pull it out and sadly enough...it fits. They grow way too fast.
On a brighter side...It was so fun to take Charlotte out in the snow. She doesn't really understand yet, but she looked so darn cute as our little Snowbear!

A Case of the Giggles

Just a little video of Charlotte. She is becoming more and more ticklish. I sound pretty dumb in this video so just ignore my voice and pay attention to my baby.

Tutus

A while back Cassie made a tutu for Hailey. It was so darling I had her teach me how to make them. We made Charlotte and Hailey tutus and then took pictures of them, and it was so fun!

A little late, but I made it...

One night all the marrieds decided to go out for seafood. Ahem, up to this point I avoided seafood like the plague. I think it smells. It comes from the water. It's just a little mysterious to me and makes me nervous. I was at the tail end of my 21 years and had never had fish. No joke. I decided that I would be brave. So, to Red Lobster we went...Mimi got the babies all dressed up for the night out.
Us girls had a nice time chatting while waiting to be seated.
Adam, always making a goofy face.
Cassie and Jonny being affectionate!
I ordered Salmon. Here I am about to eat fish for the first time...Adam's face pretty much explains what I'm feeling inside at this point. The verdict...yum! It was good enough to deserve a yum, but not a yummy. Mostly, I'm just proud that I tried it. It was such an enjoyable evening!

Family Fun

I love family. I love big families. Adam's grandparents came over on Sunday. We had a great dinner and wonderful time visiting and playing games.
Charlotte and Great-grandma
Jonny being a good sport!
Daddy and Charlotte snuggling.
The boys spending quality time chatting with each other online. Haha! They didn't spend all their time on the computers, but I had to take a picture when I saw this.

Two Years and A "First" Date

Adam and I celebrated our two year anniversary in Houston. My mother-in-love (I love my in-laws), offered to watch Charlotte so that we could go out on a date. What bliss! It had been so long since Adam and I had been out on a date without Charlotte, and it was fun to feel like we did when we were dating. We went on a double date with Cassie and Jonny who were celebrating their three year anniversary a day early (yes, we were married one day shy of being a year apart. My apologies to Adam's parents who had to do two Christmas weddings in two years). We went to dinner at a yummy Mexican restaurant (at my request because you cannot find delish, let alone decent, Mexican food in Cleveland). After we went and played Uno bowling. We got a lot of laughs.

It was a great date! I am so happy that after two years of marriage I'm able to have a strong love for my husband, and have a crush on him at the same time!

Charlotte Meets Hailey

My sister-in-love, Cassie, had a baby six weeks after Charlotte was born. Since they live in Utah, and we are all living on student budgets we weren't able to meet each others babies until the holidays. The two cousins are as opposite as can be (both in appearance and personality), but I am so excited because opposites attract so I know they are going to be the bestest of friends! Hailey is darling and Charlotte was quick to get acquainted. We were quicker though and managed to prevent her from poking Hailey in the eye...
I don't think Mimi could be any happier than having both her grandbabies on her lap.

I know the babies were so snuggling cuddlng Mimi in their matching pajamas!

Visiting Houston

So, I'm a little behind on my posting. The next few posts are going to be catch up posts of our trip to Houston over the break. We had a wonderful time visiting with Adam's family and finally getting to meet my only niece, Hailey!
